Penis Extender Manual stretching combined routine

Hello !

As the title says I’m wondering if anyone has gained combining a manual stretching routine with a penis extender device.
If so how’s the routine structured.

Prior to each extender session, I include 80 jelqs followed by 80 bundled stretches in each direction followed by another 80 jelqs.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I always combined all my exercises: jelq-stretch-squeeze + use my extender (4-8 hours a day).
First, warm up 10 min.
Stretch your penis all sides and also circles (total 25 minutes) then use your extender.

Thanks for the precious infos.
Do you consider this amount of PE indispensable in your case for making gains in your case?
Or is it something you reached through time as your penis became conditioned
And needed more and more ?

Can I ask you how long are you wearing the extender for ?
Do you think wearing an extender in addition to manual stretching is giving you an edge ?

Current: 7.75” BPEL; 7.25” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Yes, I estimate that all these hours of P.E and the use of my extender were essential.
A very long road…for me.

A very long road and eventually a long ROD :)
By the way we’re exactly same lenght at the moment.. Let’s see if combining both I can kickstart new amazing gains !

I think I needed to activate from notifications setting.. Let’s see if it works now

After a few on and off PE years I got to reach 8.75 inches BP and 5.75 around.
I think after my last SD hanging routine I’ve fully exhausted my ligaments gains.
Therefore I’m at the moment focusing on the tunica : Fulcrum hanging 10 hours a week

I had a fresh start at the beginning of November, I had a few setbacks fulcrum/wrapping wise, but
After a couple weeks I think I got it right as I’m feeling the right/moderate pressure in the shaft,
That I was looking for.

I’m going to use the innerwear stealth as ADS right after the workout and I’m going to keep you posted lads !

Hopefully I’m going to reach the Mythological 9 :)
