Penis Extender Straight Up

Can I use my penis extender straight up only and gain size even if it takes a lot of time? I just don’t want to stretch straight down and change my erection angle. I have a good rod system btw

I think you can safely use the extender in your preferred and most comfortable position, especially if you don’t want to affect the angle of your erection, but perhaps changing the position would be better.

Ok thanks man, can the tunica be stretched in a rod system by stretching straight up? Bib seems to think that’s not possible to do with a penis extender when he has no experience with them. Is tunica possible in a penis extender? Thanks
