Penis Hanging How To Wrap?

Hello I just bought a hanging device and 20 pounds of weights. My set up came with zero directions tho..

I did a 5 pound 15 minute session and my penis was cold and the head looked bruised. Kinda scary

I didn’t use the wrap though. I’m not sure how. My set up came with 2 different wraps. Ones black and looks scratchy.

Is there a video on wrapping? Is it reusable?

I figured out how to use it besides the wrapping.
