Hello,

During the last couple of days I’ve had some pretty frustrating issues with my wrap during hanging (I’m using a Wench). Since I am increasing weight at the moment, I imagine this problem will only get worse, so any suggestions would be really helpful.

So the problem I think mainly owes to me being uncircumcised. Basically when putting on the wrap and pulling on it with some weight, skin slides over the glans and with it the wrap slides off, which is really irritating and makes it impossible to have a workout . Sometimes the wrap just curves back with the skin and basically digs into the glans and below the extra foreskin, so it stays in place. This however causes an uncomfortable sting, restricts blood flow to the end half of the glans ( which I think is bad, but one can live with it, if you take long enough breaks in between sets) , both getting worse with heavier weight. I tried putting some piece of stretchable cloth, bandage etc just behind the glans, firmly wrapping the self-adhesive bandage just 5-6 mm behind the glans and covering the cloth, so that the wrap digging in won’t be such a problem. I’ve had some success , but sometimes the sliding off still happens. I’ve tried putting the wrap 1-1.5 cm behind the glans, but the sliding gets even worse. I’ve tried taking a small piece of self-adhesive bandage ( think tape) and very firmly wrapping at the end, just so to fix in place my wrap, but this restricts too much blood flow.

Basically the Wench itself doesn’t move along the wrap, just the wrap itself moves along with my skin. A normal 2hr workout has turned into painfully frustrating 60 mins of constant putting on, sliding occurring, removing and reattaching the wrench. I can attach an image of my self-adhesive tape if necessary , but I think everyone knows what I am talking about. I thought maybe I wasn’t tightening my Wench hard enough, but I think I proved that theory wrong. I’ve seen that some people prefer using theraband, but my grippers are not very effective on rubber. As said before, any suggestions/help would be really appreciated.

I’m currently on a LG Hanging routine where its a vacu-type hanging with a pump. I’ve messed around with the wench like hanger and it never worked for me and I’m also uncut. The constant pitching of the skin, especially from the back of the shaft just underneath the gland is where was most annoying.

I haven’t got any gains from the LG hanger and I’m still experimenting with it, but the soreness I get from this type of hanging is different from all the other type of PE exercise so far. I’m 30 days in and I’m still tweaking my routine (whether its weights, time, wrapping technique, etc.) So take a look at the LG hanger, or since you are experimenting with the wench, transition over to a BIB starter (more cost efficient versus the LG hanger).
