Hey guys, I know there was a thread on this and I read everything but I have a question that wasn’t answered and the search bar doesn’t seem to be working, at least for me.

So it seems that with the proper supplements and avoiding masturbation I was able to pretty much completely get rid of my hard flaccid penis. However, RIGHT when I tried doing PE again it came back! Yesterday, I wet-jelqed only 70 times very lightly just to ensure that I wouldn’t’ damage anything again but as soon as I ended the session my penis was flaccid hard. The next morning, even though I had morning wood, my penis shrunk quickly into a tiny flaccid state. Is it possible that my penis has developed it’s own response to jelqing which is to build resisting fibrous tissue instead of growing?!

No, just seems you need a longer rest without PE :)

Yeah, my erection quality was back and I was always really horny. I guess I should let that be the case for at least a month or so before I start doing PE again? It was about a month before I did my first PE session again and I did get a lot of spontaneous erections during this time.

Maybe I’m not getting you right, but you have nothing this time. If your penis is in a “tiny flaccid state” it’s not in a “firm flaccid state”.

The “firm flaccid state” you got after session could be just a “pumped state”? That’s not bad.

I can’t see your penis so it’s hard to judge, but if I had to guess you just sound a bit too afraid of PE. Relax.

I meant to say it was in a tiny firm flaccid state. And yeah, I agree that I am probably afraid of PE considering it gave me the firm flaccid state in the first place, definitely because I over-trained though.
I think I will just give it more rest and continuing taking the supplements that helped me in the first place. Maybe I should take a lot of time off.

Small flaccid penis is from ejaculating too frequently and/or damaging your penis via over-zealous PE. Stiff flaccid penis is a very bad sign indicating that you have without a doubt done some damage to yourself. Luckily, this is not of the same caliber as an injury such as thrombosed vein. Nonetheless, anything you do which leads to a stiff flaccid penis should be avoided! I suggest to you that you are focusing too much on the number of repititions rather than the time and quality allotted to jelqing. Here is my plan for you: 1) continue withholding ejaculation as much as you can. 2) do penis stretches and forego the jelqing for now. Here’s the method I would recommend for stretching: grab your penis firmly around mid-shaft (upside-down OK grip) and pull firmly toward the ground. If you feel any pain (and I mean ANY), stop. This works great because it has a similar effect to jelqing in that it balloons blood toward your glans, but it also stimulates length increases by way of its stretching effect, and the best thing of all is this translates to an exercise which is gentle enough to cause you no injury (if done properly) but strong enough to effect gains in length as well as girth, while greatly improving your PI’s. Do this until you are feeling comfortable with the routine and it is working well, and try something new in six weeks or two months.

I agree with Marinera on this part: A firm flaccid could also be translated as a “Plump” flaccid.

No, a firm flaccid penis is not a plump flaccid. I’m not trying to flame you, so don’t misunderstand my tone! I’m just saying this in the most straight-forward way that I can. The fellow who posted this thread obviously is concerned about the health of his penis. He is citing a hard flaccid penis as evidence of a problem. I happen to have had the same issue a couple of times through years of PE, and I know that it is a sign of battering your penis. Trust me, though, if his flaccid penis was nice and plump, why would he even mention it?? If you abuse your unit to a certain extent, it will remain hard and small while flaccid. This of course is not what we want! The best state your penis can be in is a spongey big state which is the opposite of what this fellow is describing. I’m not trying to scare anyone though! As I mentioned in my first post, this problem shouldn’t be too difficult to solve— all you’ve got to do is take it easy and change up your routine. The bottomline is this: kenqi intuited that there was a problem with what he is doing. He did the right thing by coming on Thunder’s to seek some help. We all have to pay attention to detail when doing PE.

Hey guys I really appreciate all the help. As for my penis, I think matutinal is right, I’ve had this problem for a long enough time to know what a stiff flaccid penis is, and it’s definitely what I got in my pants.

Thanks for the advice about the stretching, I think I will do that for now, I read on the other thread about this problem that someone did light jelqing and it helped him recover from his stiff penis but to each his own, since jelqing didn’t work for me. Thank god that this stiff flaccid penis isn’t what I had the past three months in that I can still get hard erections, my penis just seems to take it’s sweet time doing so. Before, I only got erections during sensual activity, so my penis has definitely healed.

I will definitely hold off on the ejaculations and try to do your stretching, though my penis seems stiff even when semi erect so I don’t know how it’ll work out, I’ll keep you guys updated if you want!

I had the same problem. Just take a small break and keep from masturbating for a while. And make sure to warm up good before doing any PE!
