Penis head and hanging

What does the size of your head have to do with not gaining much from hanging? I read a post someone said that if you have a small head that it might hinder gains from hanging? Thank you.

Probably only in terms of the hanger falling off :)

I don’t think there is enough information collected anywhere which could (or should) make a correlation between glans size and length gains from hanging.
