Yea, NEVER stretch erect. Start the tension small, then over time, increase it in small increments.

So to answer your question, put it in a stretch that doesnt feel to painful to wear, but is still actively stretching your dick

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. I’m just gonna stretch as much as I can without crossing the line and doing something too painful.
