Hi guys,

Every time I do my stretching exercises I can never be totally flaccid. I am usually to 30-40% erect (my dick still pointing down but still it’s not in the lowest possible position). Is this a problem?

i get the same way. I don’t worry about it when that happens to me. Now if it gets to or crosses the 50% line then I think of something that turns me off, like a picture of ripping my dick off by accident by pulling on it too hard (it comes apart like when you peel out the shrimp tail from the head), or my dick all black and blue from bursting a vein. It’s amazing how quickly any erection quality disappears when you do that.

The problem with me is that just the act of stretching it makes it a bit more erect. There is nothing I can do about it. Even warming up gets it in the same position of 30-40% erect. Should I avoid stretching and do just jelqing or is it ok to keep up stretching?

Part of the problem is just being new. Your penis has been trained all your life to get erect when you start touching it, so that’s what it’s doing now. Over time you’ll see less of a problem. Also, when I find myself getting to hard I’ll do a fowfer stretch (basically you tuck your penis underneath your butt and lightly sit down). It gives a good stretch to the upper base ligaments and restricts blood flow a little so you will lose the erection. After about 30 seconds to a minute I’m back to stretching again.

I have the same problem, ymao. The only thing that has worked for me so far is just sitting on my couch and watching TV while stretching. I’m assuming that it is largely psychological. The only reason you would be touching your wang is to urinate or play with it and you obviously aren’t urinating so you start to get an erection. By watching TV I’m not thinking about that fact that I’m pulling on my wiener and successfully avoid an erection. Of course you may not be in a situation where you can do that (roommates etc.), but the principle still stands. If you could somehow detach your mind from what is happening you could avoid getting an erection. Perhaps music could work? Anyhoo, good luck.

I usually watch TV or or do something else to occupy my mind while I stretch. It helps keep your mind off of what you’re doing. However, if I can’t calm do past a certain point I’ll just switch to jelqs for a while, take a rest for myself to calm down a bit, then go back to stretching.
