Penis Turtles After Jelqing

I just wanted to know if this is to be expected or not as this always happens.I have just completed my 2nd week on the linear newbie routine and after i complete my 70 wet jelqs my dick starts to turtle a couple minutes later.Also,when i am done jelqung i feel no soreness in my penis whatsoever so i was wondering whether i should go up to 100 3 second qet jelqs?Any advuce would be appreciated

There can sometimes be a really fine line between a good workout and too much. I don’t jelq but when I pump, going a minute too long or edging the pressure up slightly too high can mean the difference between a good post pump health flaccid hang, and turtling.


Starting Stats - 5.5 BPEL x 5.6 EG

Current Stats - 6.1 BPEL x 7.1 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

So if my penis turtles that means i have overworked?It goes back to normal in a couple hours

Personally I’m at week 5 having gains that I’m very happy about. At the 3rd week I switched form counting jelqs to using time instead. Around week 3 I started with 20 minutes of Jelqs(along with worming up and stretches)
I found that using a 20 minute guide made the process that much easier. Also a lot of programs do use time instead of counting. My shortest jelq is 3 seconds.. Usually longer though. I’m sticking to this jelq based workout until my gains stop..

Directly after my workout I apply a traction wrap to avoid turtling. I remove it for the night, then wear it for the next morning. (about 4 hours)

On tip might be to do even slower jelqs, at least that’s what works for me. Doing like 5-7 sec jelqs made quite the improvement on my flaccid hang. When I do them too fast and too intense I used to get the same effect that you’ve described here.

As long as a big can of Gillette shaving cream(7,5" or 19 cm), with picture proof in the 'full body picture' section. Pictures is the ultimate proof in the pudding, IMO.

ill try those slow jelqs you describe.Would i do the same amoint of jelqs or more?

I would recommend doing the same amount and see how you respond to it as slower jelqs will take more time all together.
