Is it ok to do jelks in hot shower? or do i still need to warm my penis with the sox of rice etc ?? Thanks.

Yes you can do them in a hot shower. A lot of people treat a shower as their primary warm up method so that is fine. As far as the amount of jelqs, there is no specific/universal answer that works for everyone. If you are just getting started, then stick with what the newbie routine says for a few months and see how you react to it and adjust accordingly. You may gain a lot of length from doing many jelqs or from a smaller amount of them but the only one who can find out is yourself.
