Nerve Damage Pelvic Floor

Hi, so I have been in my family Dr today because of my problems, I think I have injured my self about 2 years ago.

My symptoms is.

- Weak Erection (Sometimes better)

-Weak Penis Head even if my shaft is hard.

-Skin Damage on my Penis Head (Wrinkles, Discolored)

-Pelvic Discomfort/Pain

-Can’t sit for long as it’s painful in my pelvic, anus, groin area (burning like)

-Pain Attacks in my lower abdomen ( About week ago I was experiencing very sharp pain during pee in my bladder I think)

-Sometimes I feel cold that’s coming from my back

-Lower Back Pain Sometimes

-Sometimes my right hand feels very cold while my left hand feels normal

-Penis is hard in flaccid state and shrink including enlarged veins (not always, mostly when I’m in hot shower)

-Anus Shooting Pain in external sphincter

-Shooting pain from my pelvic to any direction

Also when the injury happened, my hearth start to beat very fast , my feet’s/legs was burning my penis shrinks to very small size and become very hard, my glans shrinks as well and become discolored, and lots of other things. I think it is some nerve damage that is responsible for the blood circulation in penis/pelvic area, maybe pudendal? I don’t know, my GP said that if it’s nerve damage there isn’t anything I could do, I think he talked bullshit, what can it be? Please help.

Thank You.

The pelvic floor pain and penis problems sounds like it could be something to do with the perineal or pudendal nerve.

However…

These sound like a spinal problem.

How did the injury happen and did all of these symptoms appear at the time and/or shortly after the accident?

Right after the injury, we went straight to the hospital because I was I shock, and they told me it will heal on it’s on, they just looked at my penis and touch it, nothing more, my erection was abnormally hard and painful dry and very dark the second day, than over time it becamed weaker and weaker especially my glans. Yes maybe there is problem with the spine in my lower back as I feel pain there/ The worsest pain I felt there was after the injury when I was laying on my back for some months.

But how did the injury happen?

Well I was siting in front of PC all day for few months, I was worried about my penis shape etc and I have done researches on the net and find some exercises to even out the shape, I try it by squeezing my very low base while I was lying on my back in the bed, after I squeezed it, my life just changed, but I feel the problem is in The pelvic, anus, back, so I’m crazy of it.

Base of my penis.

Well then. I’m guessing there’s nothing wrong with your spine.

Sounds like a nerve problem but your best bet would be to go and see a Urologist and get an expert opinion.

Is nerves in that area treatable? and what about the skin changes on my penis head? do you know anything about it?

Thanks.

Ok i was just trying to masturbating and i haved pretty good hard erection with delayed ejaculation which i liked, but little pain in my butt muscles and anus, but why only sometimes??

This is treatable so don’t despair.

The shooting pain in your anus is a symptom of pudendal neuralgia. You most likely injured yourself from sitting all that time at your pc. Some people are predisposed to compressing their pudendal nerve due to prolonged periods of sitting. It’s because nerve routes can vary from person to person.

The pudendal nerve is responsible for controlling most of the pc muscle’s reactions. When I compressed my pudendal nerve, I had reduced penile sensation as well as reduced ejaculatory power.

I damaged mine because of extended periods of sitting. What you need to do is try not to sit too long. If you have to sit, use a cushion or position yourself to where you aren’t feeling much pain. You really really shouldn’t sit if you don’t have to though. Laying of your side or stomach is a good alternative.

B vitamins are very important for repairing the nerve sheath. Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) 5000mg sublingual lozenge and Benfotiamine (B-1) are the ones to get.

Good luck!

I actually had the same thing happen to me because of extended periods of sitting. What you need to do is try not to sit too long. Ok, and is it safe to do PE with my condicion? I think I will have to get surgery or something :-(

No, I wouldn’t do any pe related exercises till you are better. I quit everything to do with pe till I returned to normal. Everything is good now.

You don’t need surgery. You just need time to heal.

Well here in UK Dr’s doesn’t seems to be helpful, but I’m getting referral for ultrasound which I think will be useless and I’m about 75% sure they will not find anything in my penis as the problem is in pelvic/anal area, and also I heard that MRI or any scan will not show the pudendal nerve, so how is it diagnosed?? And is it 100% Pudendal nerve problem?
