How do you control the tension I’m lost. I put on the spacehelmet I like to call it, I push down the stretching device thing and put it on and if It doesnt go all the way back to the top does that mean I have enough tension or should I try to stretch it father if its close to the top or add more beams?

1 Additional question is that when I let it hang straight down it goes almost max tension and I have to spin the things. If I go straight out it goes way back to like the first, which one should I be focusing on stretching?

Is the whole point to make sure its no aganist the end always make sure its under one of the lines?

1) Do I only suck the head into the device correct?

2) How do I work tension just make sure its not at the end doing nothing always pushing force

3) Should I only ADS downwards or mix it up straightup or ext.
