I am concerned, but over the past 4 days it has made a very small improvement.
Any advice or anyone else that has done this?
Also, no foreskin, I am circumcised.
Try not to worry your penis has amazing recuperating abilities, believe me because I’ve been severely hurt years ago from using an extender with a noose. Lost all sensation in my penis for months but eventually it all got top notch again.
Not saying it’ll take you that long though, probably a few days since you’re already noticing improvements.
When it comes to the extending you wanna start out as gentle as possible and build up length and tension over time. When I first started extending I didn’t even have any tension on the rods while extending but over a few months I built up to it as my dick got longer and more accustomed to wearing it.
I even gained length without any tension and as I built up and elongated the extender arms they finally became so long that I’m now extending at full length and full tension but this took several months to build up to.
The Whole point of and extender is just to keep your penis elongated for hours at a time and in the end, after hours of use, the result will be a longer and even thicker penis. At least that’s been the case for me.
So don’t even bother with how much tension you’ve got as of now and just start extending around 2 cm under your NBPEL for around 1- 2 weeks at a time and as the weeks go by add another piece on the extender arms, building it longer and longer week by week until it’s so long that tension will come because by then it just has to.
BTW, doesn’t your extender come with a information leaflet on how to use and wear it? If so read that and then follow the instructions, that’s what I did and I’ve gained around 1.5 inches in length since starting out extending a couple of years ago.
