What happened to me is that I stop masturbation and ejaculation for 2.5 weeks ( and I don’t have a girl friend), but I ejaculated through masturbation recently, not because of any urges but I just felt like it’s not very healthy to not ejaculate at all for a long period of time.

1. In the past I did but now a days, I only rest when my EQ is not optimal. So yes in my case, my EQ and PI will determine when I take time off.
2. I only ejaculate when I have reached a new temporary length during my edging as a way to reward myself for being consistent enough to see continued growth. Other than that, I try to only ejaculate when I’m having sex (also easier said than done lol). In my experience, ejaculating right after a PE routine doesn’t have any negative effect as far as growth is concerned as long as it is not excessive. Even at my current age in my early 30’s, I have a very high sex drive and it is easy for me to get carried away when it comes to sex/masturbation…I only see it affecting my routines if I have sex multiple times in a day or a short period of time. Once every few days or so showed no negative impact at all for me.
