I see lots of people have gains while they’re working out and then talk about maintenance. What happens if you get some gains then completely stop doing the exercises? Do you eventually return to normal (like, say a year or more after stopping)?

I`m a little new at this, but I hear that the guys that just stop completly do have some loss. If you gain 2 INCHES and you loose 1/2 INCH, your still ahead of the game 1 1/2 INCHES. I think I could live with that!
That means the 6.5 inches I started with would STILL be 8 INCHES!!
That would scramble the ovaries, pretty good! That reminds me, I need to go do some hanging.:hanger:

I believe the vets here didn’t lied about losing their gains after a long long break without PE maintenance exercises. Some might have had a great lost of their gains (sound serious right? :D But it’s true! Imagine if you had lost haft inch, that is pretty sorrowful), but some don’t lose a cm even they stopped PEing for one year.

House needs to be regularly cleaned by human, then I believe it worth to perform maintaining sessions to keep your gains.
