I followed a PE routine for a few months and gained about 2 inches. Now I’m almost back where I started as I start again. Is there certain things, exercises or other that you have to do to make the gains permanent? Someone please help me because this is crucial.

From the search result, you will see a lot of vets said “PEing once or twice a week to maintain your gains”. Or somewhere inside the result, you’ll see something like “… he completely stopped PEing for years, but he hasn’t lost any of his gain…”

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

There is also a procedure called cementing gains where you should continue to PE for several months after obtaining your goal to lock in results. Even after cementing your gains, the above mentioned maintenance routine is a very good idea, if for nothing else, just general penis health. Kind of like keeping with a physical fitness program for your body, basically for life.
