The best extender is the Penimaster.
I have almost all extenders on the market and the penimaster has no week points.

There is a relative new extender that is supposed to be for PD and it is called RestoreX.
Google it and watch the videos.

Yes, I may need restorex but it isn’t sold to Europe. What’s the difference between penimaster and any other common device?

All the other extenders are incomplete…full of disadvanatges… Only PM has the perfect design and makes the journey as much comfy and safe at it can be.

If I wanted to buy restorex would you be able to be an intermediary to complete the first transaction? For what I’ve been told it’s the most adapt to fix the angle that I’ve acquired due to a scar on the right side of my penis

You are speaking in an absolute. This is your experience, there are others.

I personally cannot use the Penimaster’s base, it gave me severe ball burn. With the contour of the X4 I do not get ball burn. I have seen some extender designs that cut the bottom of the base out, these might work even better to prevent ball burn, but I have never tried them.

I have also found no disadvantage or advantage between the piston systems offered by either the X4 or the Penimaster. This is a simple design and both seem to do the trick.

I am impressed by the design of the Penimaster, but it is not hands down the best extender for everybody. There are other solutions that can get the job done and might even be preferred depending on the individual using the device.

With all this said, it’s great that the Penimaster feels and works great for you, it’s good to find a solution that is comfortable.

To the OP, I have no experience with the Resorex, but it is definitely marketed and seems well designed to address curvature. Maybe others who are currently using it can speak to their experience. It’s a relatively newer device.

The X4 doesn t provide the solution of 1st strap and then put the muzzle of the rods. HUGE difference.

As for the balls burn from the base you can put a foam ring at the base.

It’s definitely an interesting design, but I don’t personally have much difficulty strapping in with the X4.

I did like what looked like a locking mechanism on the strap.

Maybe one day I will buy and trial the head attachment and use it with my X4 base.

That sounds like an option. I currently don’t need a foam pad with the X4, so that’s good for me.

There is no question that Peni makes well engineered devices, but some may still prefer other designs. There are a lot of variables at play that make a specific device right for one person and maybe not the best for another.

Good thing for all of us that there are more than just one option on the table.
