Phallosan doesn't hold vacuum for more than a minute

Hi guys, I’m new to the forums. Already tried looking for solutions on this but most of these questions have to do with the sleeves.

I received my Phallosan Forte ADS about two weeks ago, but I can’t seem to generate any kind of vacuum that holds for more than a minute. Whenever I create a vacuum, even with the tightest condom (where I have to painfully peel it off for 10 minutes because it’s way way too tight), the vacuum is lost within the first minute when there is just a slight pull (lower green area). The same thing applies to when I create a vacuum on my hand, or legs, for example. Just the slightest pull makes the vacuum go away.

I think there might be a leak in the pump, since the lower end is 100% airtight. As a note: I make sure the vacuum is tight and the pump is set to the Lock mode when the vacuum is created. Also there are no rips or leaks in the condoms, as I’ve tried this with all sizes condoms and bells.

Have any of you guys had the same issues? I am not sure how to fix this and I can’t use the device at all right now. The only way I can hold a vacuum when there’s a pull is if I literally keep pumping it non-stop.

Anyone here that has similar issues? I have contacted the Phallosan Customer Support multiple times, and even got notifications that they read my emails, but they won’t reply to any of them.

If you are indeed locking the pump there must be an issue with the pump it’s self… I’ve seen multiple times that they will replace faulty gear If you can prove to them it’s broken. Maybe call them?

They are quite competent.

This should definitely not be problem. My phallosan holds the vacuum perfectly, hardly ever a problem (when I played basketball with the Phallosan on hahah).
