I’ve been using the phallosan forte for two months, and for the last 10 days, after seeing no progress, decided to crank up the tension to max for 9ish hours a day.

After developing four blisters, the latest of which is a huge one on my head, I’ve decided this clearly isn’t the right approach.

I’ve done some reading on here and there are a lot of different opinions about what the ideal phallosan approach is.

Given that this is my only extension method for now, what would be the best implementation, especially re: tension, hours, rest days? Would be useful to hear from anyone who has tried and tested it.

What are you using to measure progress? Is it BPEL? BPFSL? I recommend BPFSL.

I would stay on low tension (high green, maybe into low-mid yellow) and track BPFSL. Aim for ~10hr/day daily wear, 5 days a week. You can add heat therapy to try and speed things up.

Source: Have gained 2” with over 2000 hours of Phallosan use. It has taken me 5 years.

Some dicks don t grow with all day tortures.
I have completed around 1500h with extender and in the begining I had 0,5cm EL gain(at 260h) and then nothing.(my gain happened only at very low tension 4h/day….after increasing tension and volume…. zero gains)
I started growing again when I started doing manual stretching for 35mins 1-2mins static LIGHT holds at ALL DIRECTIONS(SO-SD-SDL-SDR-L-R-UP-YPL-UPR) and was giving pleanty of REST days…
2on/1off is my perfect frequency as it seems… me and a lot others without REST DAYS we don t grow.
After 2+ years of continious PE I have understood some vital things of growth.( at least in my case)
1) All of my gains are happening ONLY when I am using at least 2 rest days/week and NEVER do more than 3 days in a row trainings.
2) If I don t follow my good Pis I do not grow…When I am keeping PEing with bad Pis(especialy smaller stiff flaccid) no matter how many months are passing…. I am not gaining shit…. and at some point of continuing doing that , I am also losing gains.
3) After 2 months of PE I need 7 days rest in order to have a continious growing journey.

The rule I follow is that…. if my flaccid is not recovered yet from the previous training (the flaccid has to be HUGE and SOFT in order to be recovered) I am giving a rest day…. and when it is becoming huge again… its time for training.
The 2on/1off frequency is taking care of this…. but also you have to have an eye of things , because you may need to adjast it at certain points according Pis.
