Falmos Progress Thread
Me: 30 yo M, uncut, married. 5’7” 155lb.
2015/01/01: 5” BPEL x 4.5” MSEG (estimated - no true measurements)
Goal: 8.25” x 5.75” with a thicker base
2020/01/06: 6.5” BPEL x 5” base girth, 4.75” MSEG, 4.5” head. BPFSL 7.5”, flaccid hang 3.5”
Majority of routine: Phallosan Forte at green tension worn to the side with the ring as per manufacturers. This got me to 6.5” BPEL in late 2017, then stupidly I stopped and have been trying to gain again ever since.
Have tried:
Phallosan plus
Bathmate
Hanging (up to 12lb x 2h)
Soft clamping (up to 12 toe shields)
Hard clamping
Current routine:
Hanging straight out @ 4.5kg for 30 min with heat (IR heating pad from Amazon) followed by ADS:
ADS (Phallosan Forte) worn down to the knee, upgraded springs. Estimated 1kg tension. Head taping with 3M micropore tape. Aiming for 11hr daily wear.
Current post-hang BPFSL is 19.8cm (19.5cm on ruler + 3mm ruler gap)
Things I have learned:
1. Don’t use the phallosan foam ring
2. Tape the head
3. Don’t tape the foreskin
4. Hanging above 12lb was necessary for base soreness
Things I am struggling with:
1. BPFSL has gone up 0.5-0.75” in the last year (and very slowly) with no increase in BPEL at all.
2. Wearing the ADS comfortably for >11hr/day. This is a work in progress.
