Falmos Progress Thread

Me: 30 yo M, uncut, married. 5’7” 155lb.

2015/01/01: 5” BPEL x 4.5” MSEG (estimated - no true measurements)
Goal: 8.25” x 5.75” with a thicker base

2020/01/06: 6.5” BPEL x 5” base girth, 4.75” MSEG, 4.5” head. BPFSL 7.5”, flaccid hang 3.5”

Majority of routine: Phallosan Forte at green tension worn to the side with the ring as per manufacturers. This got me to 6.5” BPEL in late 2017, then stupidly I stopped and have been trying to gain again ever since.

Have tried:
Phallosan plus
Bathmate
Hanging (up to 12lb x 2h)
Soft clamping (up to 12 toe shields)
Hard clamping

Current routine:
Hanging straight out @ 4.5kg for 30 min with heat (IR heating pad from Amazon) followed by ADS:
ADS (Phallosan Forte) worn down to the knee, upgraded springs. Estimated 1kg tension. Head taping with 3M micropore tape. Aiming for 11hr daily wear.

Current post-hang BPFSL is 19.8cm (19.5cm on ruler + 3mm ruler gap)

Things I have learned:
1. Don’t use the phallosan foam ring
2. Tape the head
3. Don’t tape the foreskin
4. Hanging above 12lb was necessary for base soreness

Things I am struggling with:
1. BPFSL has gone up 0.5-0.75” in the last year (and very slowly) with no increase in BPEL at all.
2. Wearing the ADS comfortably for >11hr/day. This is a work in progress.

Week 1

Day 1 - 11h ADS
Day 2 - 13h ADS
Day 3 - 11h ADS
Day 4 - 5h then felt something weird, checked and had a small blister. 2mm.
Day 5 - rest

BPFSL on Day 7: 7.6”
BPEL 6.5”

Overall a slight improvement. Maybe I wasn’t conditioned to get up to 12h ADS. Will lower tension a bit and try again for this week.

Also am considering an air pump with a gauge. Will probably buy in the next couple of weeks.

Hey falmos, good progress! A couple questions for you:

1) How are your EQ?
That’s a good improvement in your BPFSL; and it seems right for the amount of length exercises you are doing. EQ and morning wood could indicate poor blood flow. It’s important to maximize blood flow because it improves healing time, erect length, and overall penis health. This can be limited by a number of things, lifestyle, diet, etc.

2) Why no girth (expansion) exercises?
You mentioned a bathmate; how long did you use it? Pumping, jelqing, and other expansion exercises may be beneficial for you, as girth based and length based exercises often complement each other to make a more complete routine.

EQ actually pretty good, get decently hard with morning erections or random erections, get really hard with porn and the wife.

I have done a few girth exercises here and there but I am trying to reach my goal length first. I did plateau for over a year, stuck at 6.5” BPEL so I am hoping to break through that with some different techniques. Will use this post to track my progress in the hopes of finding the most efficient way for me to get to 7.5” BPEL.

I used the bathmate off and on for a few months, tried different things such as max pressure for 15-20 minutes or low pressure for 3-4 hours, both of which gave me lots of soft tissue edema and not much actual girth expansion so I stopped using it. I just ordered an air pump off aliexpress which I plan to throw into my current routine, just trying to figure out when to use it.

Weeks 10-13

Alright so I gave it a 4 week break, literally just stopped cold turkey.

BPFSL 7.9” (no loss yay!)
BPEL 6.6”, sometimes up to 6.7” if I am super hard or super optimistic lol

Given the current world climate I am spending lots of time at home with my wife (and am trying to be discreet about this) so looks like I will take this as an opportunity for a 3-mo decon break. Will report back every now and then to see if there has been any growth during this rest period, if not, will plan to resume after 12 weeks off.

Overall in the last 3 months I am up 0.4” BPFSL and 0-0.1” BPEL. The BPEL doesn’t surprise me, and I am quite pleased to see the BPFSL gains. Although I am a bit frustrated at the stubborness of the BPEL, I can only imagine that if I continue to grow BPFSL, BPEL will eventually follow. Who knows how long it might take, but I’m in this for the long haul.

Weeks 14-17

Still deconditioning. Almost changed my mind two weeks ago since I was sitting at home with so much free time not doing anything. Decided to stay the course - for science. Glad I did so.

BPFSL - 7.8” this went down a bit just a week after my last post and has stayed steady in the last three weeks
BPEL - 6.75” !! This went up!! This is the biggest my dick has ever been and I have done zero PE for the last 8 weeks. It has continued to grow! The first time I saw this on the ruler was yesterday, and I had to repeat it this morning almost out of disbelief, but for now it’s real! That means my dick grew very slowly over the last 8 weeks of literally zero PE, with a tiny spurt just now.

So overall in the last 4 months I am up 0.3” BPFSL and 0.25” BPEL.
One more month of deconditioning to go and then I will start back up. Will figure out a way to add cyclical pumping into my routine.

Looking back I can also see that for the first 9 weeks where I was doing hanging + ADS, I hit my max BPFSL at 6 weeks with no further increase for the 3 weeks after that. Maybe all I need to do in the future is 6 weeks at a time before taking long breaks in-between.

I guess you really needed some rest and repair time! Nice job and you perseverance is impressive! Keep it up!

I was PEing years ago, newly re-motivated and getting back to it! Taking a different approach this time around. Slow and steady wins the race!
