Didn’t have time to do anything this week. Bars are still coming in the mail.

Week 4

Bars finally came in the mail yesterday.

Used them for 2h just now with heating pad and turning the bars every 2-3 minutes.

New method of measuring BPFSL - lock knees in extension then tilt pelvis backwards then measure. Hopefully it will be reproducible from now on to account for variation in pelvic tilt.

Post-extending BPFSL: 21.3cm

Week 5

Some growth! I’m really chalking this up to the extender at this point. Current routine is 1-2 days/week with heated extending beyond BPFSL. I tape up then get strapped into the extender without any tension then use the heating pad for about 5-10 minutes. Once warmed up then I start putting some tension on, turning the bars every 2-3 minutes until I reach BPFSL then going a bit more. Then at the end I take the heat off and cool down, still extended, for another 5-10 minutes. Then take off and measure. The springs on the extender are fully compressed by the time I go beyond BPFSL so I don’t actually know how much tension I’m using, but my fat pad gets pretty sore from the base pressure. The whole cycle is maybe an hour.

Then I give myself a 10 minute break or so then repeat. So far the most I’ve been able to get is 3 cycles done in a single session. Some days I will wear an ADS afterwards, depending on how much privacy I have.

BPFSL post-extending has reached 21.7cm.

I will keep doing this until BPFSL stops growing then take another decon break.

Going to take a deconditioning break. I have a massive exam at the end of April and early May so will be spending all my available time studying for it. Will start up again afterwards.

Woohoooo I’m not even kidding. Deconditioning breaks are the fucking best. I am now a big big believer. Just over 4 weeks until my exam so won’t be doing anything until then.

What is a deconditioning break? I do not take breaks currently, too excited about all this PE. Breaks are good I get that, but can you tell me more what you mean by this post?

Deconditioning break is an extended break from PE. Different people will have different definitions. To me it is at least 2-3 months off with absolutely no PE, not even ADS or light stretching like piss pulls.

I plateaued for over a year at 6.5” before I incorporated deconditioning breaks into my routine and now I’m at 7.25”

I may be approaching the end of my length journey. Felt the end of my wife’s vag for the first time a few nights ago. May work on girth for a bit before I do some more length but who knows.

My original goal was 7x5” and I am already past that so overall I am quite happy. Anything else is just a bonus now.

I have transitioned to girth-only work now that I am borderline too long for my wife during sex (although she can still take me all the way during oral so I still kind of want to be longer…)

Using a modified flat clamp to try and make my dick wider rather than taller. Since this will be a much slower process, updates will come less frequently.

All measurements taken 3-5 days after last girth exercise to let edema go down.

MSEG: 5”
