Falmos Progress Thread

Weeks 18-21

Alright so things kinda stabilized with BPFSL 7.8-7.9” and BPEL 6.75”-6.8” depending on EQ etc.

There was one day when I was looking at some real good shit and my BPEL hit 6.9” I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Also my wife noticed that I’m longer ;)

I have managed to make an elliptical pump. Have used it twice, I’m pretty happy with it.

Starting back up with hanging and ADS now. Decon break over. I am officially a believer of decon breaks.

Interesting read. How long do you think a deacon must be to be efficient?

It took about 6 weeks of decon for me to hit 6.75 and then 9 weeks to hit 6.8ish. So I would probably say 6 weeks?

Ok, so your plan now is 6 weeks PE followed by 6 weeks deacon break and then repeat?

I guess that could work fine. It’s like Kyrpa do his routine with US. One period PE until gains stall and then take a longer deacon.

Nah won’t do hard and fast 6 weeks

Will keep going with PE until my BPFSL stalls for 3 weeks, then will do 6-9 week decon depending on life schedule

I can tell you that in the year before I started using the heat pad, I used the same ADS I do now and I hung 12 lbs for up to 4h a day without BPEL gains, only BPFSL. In my mind the heat is absolutely essential.

Had a small change in life scheduling so I am now trying to ADS through the night. I often wake up around 1-2AM and have to take it off due to pain at the foreskin so it is a bit touch and go.

ADS during sleep really didn’t work out for me so I just made it work during the day time. Also, at absolute max EQ I am so so so close to hitting 7” on BPEL. Absolutely mind blowing to me considering I was plateaued at 6.5” for pretty much all of 2018-2019.

I almost wish I could just fast forward through time to see how much I’ll have gained a year or two from now.

SEVEN INCHES!! In total I am up 0.5” for 488 hours.

Had a small 2mm blister after day 5 on the right side of my frenulum, this went away within hours. Hasn’t stopped me from continuing.

Not sure why BPFSL seems to have stalled. I thought maybe it could have been 8.1” but wasn’t too sure.

I have been taking Vitamin C supplementation orally. Am looking into topical vitamin C with DMSO. Am also looking into collagen supplementation. Will make separate replies for my thoughts and sources.

I am starting to doubt this whole strain theory etc. And heavy hanging. All of these studies that look at tendon or ligament stretch are done in dead subjects with dead tissue with one-time elongation. I think the secret therefore is regarding in vivo stimulation of fibroblast production of collagen allowing for lengthening of the tunica or ligaments. I think low tension high time will be best for this but am not sure how to reconcile this with the people who have gained with short duration heavy hanging. Will need to do lots more reading etc.

BPEL: 7” with not-great EQ (due to life/work stresses) so who knows what it could really be?!

Total hours: 538 - Passed the 500 hour mark!

My DMSO and Vitamin C powder came so I will start making mixtures of that now. I have looked through a whole bunch of literature and have compiled a bunch of sources on fibroblast production of collagen, which I think is the key - not proliferation, and not mechanical stretch/strain of the tunica. I am compiling and editing the sources, hopefully will have something legible to post soon.
