Pictures?

I was looking for some before/after pictures to see if giving PE excercizes a shot….is picture posting not allowed, or can i just not find them?

use the search feature. look for something like “gain pictures” or “PE pictures”.

Check out this thread in members pictures for what I think are very progress pictures.
