Please help with programming and loss of EQ
Hi guys,
I did 6 sessions of the newbie routine. On my last session, I jelqed with the highest erection level of my 6 sessions. I jelqed at probably 70-80% erection level.
My penis did not like this! I lost a heck of a lot of EQ the following 2 days, and then decided to take a 2 week break to let my penis heal itself.
I got my EQ back after about 1 week, and took another week off, as I lost interest in PE.
The last session happened about 2-3 weeks ago, but I’ve regained my interest in PE and want to start the newbie routine again.
My plan this time is to:
1) Do 1 day on/ 1 day off instead of 2 days on/ 1 day off.
2) To not go above 50% erection level when I jelq. I’m aiming for length at the moment, as I’m 5.51*5.51 in dimensions.
What do you guys think of this ? Will it be better this time?
Also, how long before I can do 2 days on/ 1 day off ?
And how long before I can do above 50% erection level ?
Does it just depend on how my body responds to the stressors placed upon it ? Should I just listen to my body ?
