Please Help with Routine for Me and Wife

Please Help with Routine for Me and Wife

Hello, I have tried PE off and on for a few years and did seem to see some gains but was not able to maintain consistency. I VERY much want to commit to this and do it right this time.

My wife, I know would prefer more girth. While she doesn’t say it outright I have gotten as much from her. I am currently about 5.75 to 6” BPEL.
My girth is about 5” erect.

I would love to try to get to 6” erect girth and any extra length would be a bonus. I’m fine with spending money on a good product and it seems there is a wet pump that people here seem very impressed with. Can you tell me where to buy it and if this is the best way to achieve the most effective and fastest girth gains?

Is anyone here who is experienced willing to set me up with a program and help monitor my progress? I am willing to pay you for your help but of course would want to know you are well respected on the forums and have good experience to do so

Thank you for any help!

Start with the newbie routine and complete it before looking to buy equipment.

Ok, I will try to start there. I guess how much “progress” should I see? I think I’ve been discouraged in the past by not TRULY knowing if I was making progress or imagining it. Any advice on how to track and make sure you are seeing results that will help motivate you?

Also how much progress should I expect to see if I remain dedicated?
Thanks!

Hey, I’m a newbie with doing the exercises, but a somewhat seasoned reader of the forums. Hopefully I’m not overstepping my bounds by posting an answer.
From what I’ve read, keep doing the newbie routine until stop seeing gains or hit a plateau.
As far as tracking goes, look up how to properly measure BPEL (bone-pressed erect length), and EG(erect girth). Take a few measurements over a few days and average them out and then start tracking your progress.
Progress varies from person to person. Some people see amazing results gaining more than 2” in length and rarely that much in girth too while others may only see half an inch or an inch.
Make sure to be careful and start with a newbie routine, read about negative and positive pi’s(physiological indicators), and read as much as you can. To see good gains you’ll have to make a commitment to be diligent and make a schedule. Doing one week consistently and then next week not will not work.

If there’s anything to correct or add please do! I hope this helps some and good luck.

Search here for proper measuring techniques. This will help you measure the same way each time to assess your progress.

Everyone’s gains are different. There’s no way to accurately predict, how much you’ll gain.

Good comment Tom, not much to add there.

Trp7 : you do need to condition yourself before getting in heavy pe and using “equipment”. That is why the newbie routine is recommended to everyone, there is risk of injury and set backs if you start out to fast into pe. It is very much like a marathon, gains will come but it takes time. You should see some gains after 1-2 months on the newbie routine (how much is impossible to tell as everyone is different). As stated above, it’s good to learn how to measure and get your starting measurements, then measure about every month or so. I use a month cause you can get discouraged if you measure weekly and don’t see much change. Doing it monthly, you should notice some gains, if not then you’re likely hitting a plateau.

You shouldn’t look to pay someone. We are an open community, people are here to help and share experiences, but no one can make the gains for you. That will be your dedication to put in. Wish you all the best with your pe!
