Please Help
I started PE like 2 months ago.
I used to do some stretching and jelqing. I didn’t erect jelq and didn’t jelq for too much. Never had any problems with erections. I did that 1 day on, 1 off. Then I tried a split workout. First day stretching, second day jelqing and then one day rest. Didn’t see any problem.
Then I focused only on stretching and cut off the jelqing. I did 1 day on 1 day off stretching for a week I think.
Like a week ago I did some stretching and lost EQ. I thought I overtrained and let it rest. EQ came back and 4 days ago I did some stretching again followed by a fowfer. I didn’t pull too hard on stretching and I did like 5 minutes of it I think. The fowfer was something like this: I put my flaccid penis between my right leg while laying down and maintained that position for some time.
Second day after I woke up I noticed I didn’t have morning or night woods. I edged and could get to somewhere about 80-90% erection, but it was harder to get an erection than before.
Last night I had some weak night wood.
I am really scared because my EQ is nothing like before. Is it possible to do some permanent damage with what I did? How much should I rest and what should I do? I don’t smoke or drink. I also edged everyday since then and accidentally ended up ejaculating. Before just looking at a hot chick would have me getting hard. I am really scared. Can you please give me some advice, especially those who experienced this before?
