Please Rate My Routine
Now that I have more privacey in my own place, I will start my routine on Monday. I’ve been jelqing sporadically for about 2 weeks. I want to take it slow because in the past I’ve overdone it due to bad advice and not reading enough.
Now, after a year of being on this site, I am ready to commit and acheive my goals. But first I want to get some opinions on my routine.
I’m going to start 9/20. Right now EL is 6” and EG is 4.75”. I’m a grower for sure. My goals are anything more than what I have, but I’ll have to say 7.5x5.75 within a year and a half, depending upon the response I have to PE.
I want a routine to stick with, but my problem is how do I know when to progress. This is what I’ve been doing for the last two weeks…Really its just been a warm up and practice period.
5 min hot wrap (with wash cloth…will look to use flannel)
5 min manuel stretches (30 seconds up, down, down-left, down-right, up-left, up-right, straight out twice, down, up)
15 mins jelq (I started out at 10, but I don’t feel like it really started to get pumped until around 15 minutes. 3-5 sec strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 Kegls
I plan to do this every other day for the first two weeks. Then 2 on and 1 off in the last two weeks.
1) Should I be going my minutes or # of strokes? Like I said, toward the end of 15 minutes is when I really feel it getting a good “pump” and when I’m done, for the just after the shaft on its red and thick, however, it’s not “hanging” like that for more than 10 minutes or less. Is this a sign that I could be doing more jelqing??
2) I’m still getting the hang of the intensity of each stroke. I think I’ve overworked my penis by stroking too hard and pushing too much, but I equate the intensity with gains, much like a gym workout. I guess it’s not really the same here, b/c I’ve done this before where I overwork it and my erections are weak.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I’ll keep all posted on my progress. I want to be one of those skeptics who become an inspiring case.
