Hi guys!

My erection is hanging down when full erect.
Like in 45 degrees.
Always has been, and also when it is rock hard.
So nothing to do with my EQ.

Are there exercises to get pointing him up?
Like 100-120 degrees?

It is because your ligaments on top of your penis is long, and does not lift your penis up. The internals in your penis doesn’t lift high up either, but it shouldn’t be a problem sexually as long as you get firm erections. I have the same issue, but no problems with it, actually it makes the penis look bigger in the eyes of the partner. The only thing that could «fix it», would be surgery to tightening up the ligaments.

Agreed with this. My erection angle was very high in my 20’s. I had an injury and discussing with my surgeon, he clipped some ligament and now my angle is straight out and sometimes a bit down.. it really added a bigger appearance when erect.

I sure wouldn’t get elective surgery if that’s the only issue. Risk vs. Reward ain’t worth it. If you look well hung when erect, then I’d say norwegian wood is likely right that the lower angle has visual benefits.

I indeed agree with that!

Just out of curiosity, have you found it fairly easy to make length gains? I’m just wondering if having longer suspensory ligament would make it easy to gain length…

In past years I’ve only gained 1cm with freestyle PE when I had time. Now I am following a program and I am in the fifth week of a newbie program. I going to measure after six weeks and then I can tell you if it worked. But then I still don’t know if I’m gaining faster then a shorter ligament.

But should it be that long suspensory ligament owners gain faster?
