If you wanna try it go ahead but, I can’t say it works. Also the right way is not to try to ” correct” the erection through the exercise.
Meaning, get an erection, wear a very tight underwear, don’t adjust the penis,let it point straight out and kegel. That’s how I did it.
After 50 kegels it was like my penis was hammered, not to mention that I was starting to lose EQ in the middle of the exercise. Very intense.
Straight out as in sideways or generic upward tuck?
Starting 4/15/15 7.3 BPEL and 4.9 MEG
