Possible benefit of extender before pump
I track my progress using the maximum length of my penis inside the cylinder near the end of a pumping session.
I have noticed that this length is almost 1/4 inch longer when I use the extender for an hour or two earlier that day. This makes me think that my 30 minute pumping session isn’t enough duration to get the maximum stretching workout. (30 minutes is when the donut effect appears for me, and I pump just before bed.)
So it seems to me that I need to use the extender for enough duration each day to get that extra 1/4 inch of flexibility by the end of the pumping session, because that probably encourage the penis to grow more tissue? Does that seem like a reasonable strategy?
