Possible Injury
OK, so I started PEing with the newbie routine about 4 weeks ago and everything was going good, have made gains had better erections etc. I gradually moved up to about 10 min stretching and about 12-15 mins jelqing. The thing is in the last few days I have seem to lost my sex drive, and my flaccid became smaller, and I lost my morning wood. I have no pain at all though and it feels fine when I stretch/jelq. I should mention that I had been increasing pressure on stretching and jelqs throughout my workout, but never to any pain except for the BTC stretch I would feel a bit of pain every once in a while below the head but then reduce pressure if I felt pain. Should I continue the routines, or lower the intensity of my workout, or just take a break for a while? Any advice is appreciated.
