Hey brothers, what does everyone find most effective for their post girth or pumping session routine to stay in expanded state for as long as possible? 30 minutes in a cock ring doesn’t seem very beneficial since I think it would take longer than 30 minutes for growth and healing factors to come into play on the tunica.

I see a lot of guys saying they leave it on for hours but the blood flow restriction seems kinda sketch to leave it on that long safely. How loose of a ring would one use for that length of wear? I’ve tried loose rings but it just goes flaccid after some time. Any better solutions?

Has anyone had luck with an anti turtling sleeve for post girth routine gains? The only issue is see with those is it keeps you compressed and stretched longitudinally not laterally. Would a lateral stretch from expansion work still be preserved even with a longitudinal stretch? Insight is appreciated.

I’ve used a cock ring, many times for hours after pumping. Yes I was engorged much longer, which theoretically is good. But I don’t think it did anything for permanent gains, for me.

I’ve also tried wearing a sleeve, not near as much as a ring. But, I stopped because I want girth, if I gain length, great, but that’s not the goal. I like you think wearing a sleeve is counter productive for girth gains after pumping or clamping. But also, like you don’t really know if that’s true or not. Hopefully a vet can enlighten us.

You want to find a behind the balls ring that gives you an erection enhancement, but does not keep the erection without stimulation. I find silicone to be best, you should just be stretching it a bit. Finding the right ring is the key. I find rigid rings or cock only rings to be ineffective for serving as a stayer.

Viking Guy, have you tried noose style adjustable silicone rings by chance? If so, what are your thoughts? The ability to adjust as needed seems to be a plus, just don’t know how well they hold up or if they have any tendency to slip.

Lookinforgirth, you seem to have had some success in gaining close to .5 in girth, congrats!

What kind if routine do you use? I’d be pretty happy with that kind of gain. Interestingly, I seemed to have gained mostly at the base, but I’d really like to get midshaft and above.

I have one, the band is very narrow. A wider ring is best. The one I am using now is wide and oval versus the more common round style. Doc Johnson Optimale Thick, 45mm or 1.75”.

Djvynz, I did nothing but the newbie routine for a year. Then I slowly got into clamping. I think that’s where I made my biggest MEG gain. It takes a lot of time& consistency. After like a year and a half, I got a pump, & gained my last .125” of MEG a little over a year ago. Worked hard & as consistently as possible for about a year, no gains. I’m talking a warmup, stretching, jelqing, clamping & pumping.

One thing I should note is over the last year or so my BEG is .75” bigger than when I started PE. Which I do love. Prior to PE, base was smaller than mid shaft. Now it’s .25” bigger than mid shaft. I don’t know for sure, but I’m pretty sure that most of that gain, was thanks to BTC stretching for 2-3 hours a day, 4 days a week, mostly while at work. I can wear shorts to work most of the year, so it’s not that hard.

But my advice to you, is go slow, use heat whenever possible & last but certainly not least (I learned the hard way on this one) whatever routine you choose to do, if you get 0 gains in like 6 months, it’s time to take at least a month off and start over.

No, it’s just some blatant cultural appropriation…

I ordered a silicone sleeve for Stealth once, and had some sex shop sleeve, but found they would slip off, or were hard to get on. I have two Stealth Innerwears that are in the bin of unused toys. I haven’t ever had much luck with shaft accessories, sleeves, shaft rings or a cock coils I have not tried hanging either.

I have really been pumping all this time for testicle growth. It has just been recently that I even picked up a cock tube again and that was only because my scrotum skin was in need of a rest.

I am using an oversized tube right now as it was all I could find on the shelf but ordered a 1.75” as I am interested in packing it and try to get the illusive length gains a well fitting tube is supposed to produce.

If you can swing em, I have read a lot about how sleeves have benefited some practitioners but have not had any success with them.

I can maintain an erection after workout for an hour or more, but with stimulation as you said and this adjustable and perfectly fitting DIY clamp, at the base though:

But it’s too early to say if it gains me girth. But I have the feeling, that my shaft gets thicker at the base where I wear the rings and clamps. Anyone a similar observation?

I’m using the saber skin sleeve from stealth for men most of the days I’m doing PE. I don’t know if it contributes to my success but it’s a great anti turtleling device. My main focus this past year was length but I still have girth gains. Started of at 4.6-4.8 and now at 5.0-5.2 and when I clamp it goes up to 5.4-5.5 ish.

Bangel77, I’m a newbie and only just started using some rings, never clamped, just been pumping with a BM and ADS with Phallosan, and some light jelqing and most of my girth gains have been at the base. I’ve only been PEIng for about 2 months and took a couple week break that I just came off of about a week ago due to some major EQ decline and what I felt may have been an overstretched nerve due to some tingling/pins and needless/numbness in my johnson and perineum. I’ve gained about .25in at midshaft but almost .5 at the base. This has me a bit confused since I expected most girth gains would be experienced mid shaft and above with jelquling, but it seems just the opposite. It makes me wonder if compression does have some sort of girth benefits, considering a ring or the ok grip from jelqing starts at the base and has more constant compression. Anyone else experience girth gains at the base coming on first or quicker than other areas? I was wondering if that was just the norm?
