Pressure of Jelqing.

I’m just wondering how much pressure you all use when Jelqing.. I’m pretty new to this so I want to make sure I don’t cause any permanent damage.

Have you watched the videos in the Tutorial forum? Those illustrations of the exercises can show you a proper “pressure” better than any of us can describe with words.
