Pressure on Corpus Spongiousm or Corpus Cavernosa ?

During Jelqing, should I intend to focus more pressure with my circular grip on the Corpus spongiosum or the corpus cavernosa? Some say one or the other or should I alternate between the two within sets ?

From everything I’ve read here, and from my experience. The focus of jelqing should be the CC’s. If you focus on the CS, you will probably also be putting pressure on the top of the penis/the dorsal nerve. Which can cause injury, something nobody wants or needs.

Target the sides, yes. A full grip can damage things, veins and valves. The often prescribed O kay grip, in general, does just that; the sides. If you actually perform the grip in front of your eyes, you’ll see it closes from the sides more than from the top. A natural coincidence. The V grip is particularly useful for some. Not all.

Everybody has a different size/shape dick, everybody has different sized hands. Do what works best for you.

So youre saying don’t use an overhand OK Grip? But the videos in the jelqing tutorials show to use an overhand grip.

I dont understand this V Grip. I looked at some pictures, but it doesnt make much sense to me. Are you using the V grip with your index, and middle finger ? Or is it with your thumb and index finger ?

I’m not saying don’t use that grip. If your hand fits your dick, with an Okay grip, use it. If it’s too tight, open your grip. If you’re smaller than your hand try the V. Yes, index and forefinger. If that’s too loose, try your middle and ring. Same overhand position. Just close the fingers together and go.

Don’t over think it. You’ll feel it the first time, if it’s wrong.

For me, jelqing was always about the Uli squeeze. I can only jelq with dry skin, dry fingers and a good grip, slightly maneuvering the fingers towards the lowest base possible while being super horny and determined and also ocasionally trapping and squeezing the hardest erection at the highest erection level possible while pushing it a little forward (this also has a name, “supra slammers” iirc).

Jelqing with lube like in the described videos that used to be around, going towards the head and then placing the other hand at the base and repeating the motion, that never worked for me and also gave me skin issues like pimples or dark spots here and there, plus discoloration gets worse for me with this motion somehow.

from what i read jelqing at a really high erection level is super dangerous, and should be avoided at all cost.

I have similar observations. I too find the standard wet jelq pleasant but ineffective. Use some strokes for warm up, blood circulation. I find after applying heat squeezes and stretches most effective.


Stats: 06/2011: BPEL: 13 cm; MSEG: 10 cm; 04/2022: BPEL: 20 cm; MSEG: 14 cm

Goal would be: BPEL: 20 cm => reached 03/2022; MSEG: 15 cm
