Prevent foreskin from covering up glans when pumping

I get some growth with pumping, but I stupidly let foreskin covering up my glans during pumping and now the foreskin is getting longer and longer.

Now every time I have sex the foreskin always cover my glans and I have to use my hand to keep it from covering my glans in order to feel anything.

I tried to not let it cover up my glans during pumping to prevent foreskin from growing but I failed, now I am scared to do any pumping in fear of making my foreskin longer.

Is there any surefire way to make the foreskin stay in one place during the whole pumping session? I don’t want to circumcise, it will cause me to lose glans sensitivity.
