Preventing slippage

The side of the tape creates discomfort when it’s being rubbed against the back of the head.

Also, removing the tape can be quite painful.

About the “slipping” you can use a piece of tissue (cotton) plus 2-3 bands (pic).
It helps a lot .so the head of your penis will stay in place in the extender.

I’m not a native English speaker so can you elaborate a bit more about this the tissue and the band you are recommending?

Can you expand on the strap mod and the silicone sleeve and provide a picture of the setup, even if it’s on a proxy of penis.

I’m having similar issues with a different extender.

Wrap it before you strap it, bro.

I was never able to get a grip with either of the out-of-the-box methods. I experimented with different materials to wrap before securing and have been using non-adhesive silicone tape [i.e. ResQ Tape]. It’s been working pretty darn good, for me. Of course it’s still finicky geometry we’re dealing with here and it doesn’t always work on the first attempt, but when I do get it just right I can crank the adjustment rods all the way out and stretch for up to 2 hours without a break.

Experiment with different materials and the two different securement methods. Eventually, you’ll find something that works.

I was just going to suggest this until I read this post, I totally agree with Phil. PE is all experimental, I know that extender is expensive, but
now you own it and it cannot be returned, so make it work. Do what you have to do to make it fit, you have to try. Be careful.

Ah, yes. Been there, too.

Anything that sticks to skin well will be tender on the glans itself. I’ve found that when the tape is new, it sticks well enough to not slip enough to cause the problem. When it’s been used a bit, precise positioning of the tape is essential; sort of a trial and error to figure out how it’ll work on your individual anatomy, I think.

As for removal, slower is better. It ain’t ripping off a band-aid, for sure. I pull the tape lightly and let it detach from the skin pretty much on its own. It only hurts when I try to force it.
