I’ve been PEing for a few years now on and off and I’ve always had a problem with turtling after my workouts. I’ve read people talk about how nice and low their penis hangs after a good workout but that rarely happens to me. Usually, my penis just turtles up or just stays normal. I’ve yet to really experience a good satisfying hang in my flaccid after my routine. I currently do 10 min of stretching and 10-15min of wet jelqing. I doubt I’m overdoing it and if anything I’m probably not putting enough pressure.


Starting Stats (2006): BPEL: 5.2" EG: 4.6" GOAL: 6"+/5"+

As of 7/20/08: BPEL: 5.7" EG: 4.3" Not sure what happened to my EG. Measured differently perhaps?

1/12/2010: BPEL 5.9" EG 4.4" Stretching, V-jelqs, Regular Jelqs and Clamping

Note that this is only my experience and not others, but I find that an ADS worn after a workout really helps with flaccid hang after a while. My theory is that the ADS trains your penis to stay relaxed in an extended state. Before I started using an ADS on a regular basis after workouts my flaccid would not be predictable at all. Now my flaccid always hangs lower than my balls, which was my original goal in starting PE, hence, my pseudonym here. I hope this helps.

I also am working on the dreading ‘turtling’ effect and I’ve been experimenting with various solutions. I’ve found using the hot wrap (I’m using a rice sock) for up to 20 minutes after my jelq session vs the normal 5 minutes is helping. After the hot wrap I am applying an ‘Ace Elbow Wrap’ as an ‘anti-turtle’ device. My turtling does goes away if I can increase the temperature in the entire package for extended time periods after the workout, and then use the wrap. It’s work in progress, but I am seeing improvement with less of the dreaded turtling.

Also try fowfers after your workout. You could kind of think of it as an ADS of sorts.

I have the same problem. What I’m doing, even right now at work, is using a bendage around my dick, tight enough to keep it lightly stretched but not enough to cut the blood flow. I tried with an ads, but for me it’s too visible under the pants to keep during the day.

I think everyone has a problem with this, well at least I do as well. I use an ADS device too, but I have noticed that even after long periods of using an ADS, i.e. 3 months, after some time off, your penis starts to turtle again. Currently, I am looking into purchasing the hardwear device. From what I have read and heard, I think it may be my best option. Now the difficult this is incorporating it into my workout.

I tried this a little while back myself, even had a thread about it but it didn’t go anywhere. :) For a couple of weeks, I wore an Ace bandage wrap for a couple of hours a day. The one thing I noticed is that the wrap would not stay on the entire length of my penis. If you look at the thread and pictures, you will see that what I really ended up with was an Ace Bandage Cock ring. It did the job though: it held my flaccid in an extended state.

My only goal was to prevent my penis from turtling. I haven’t done it in a while, but that is because I no longer turtle. I can NOT say this is because of the wrap, just that through my various PE activities something has changed and I no longer turtle, even when sitting down. I will say that I would wrap again: I really liked the way it felt. In fact, I think I might do a session this afternoon just for kicks. I do think there are better wraps out there, and I am interested in the "anti-turtling sleeve" you can buy from one of the members (I forget who - is that part of MonkeyBar’s package?).

I have experimented with the Acebandage wrap as well as the anti-turtle sleeves. I prefer the anti-turtle sleeves. The anti-turtle sleeves, in my opinion are very comfortable and can be worn for an extended period of time without ANY problems. Currently though, I am suffering with the fact that the anti-turtling sleeves do not keep your flaccid penis plump. They do keep it extended, but not plump. I want my flaccid penis to not only stay long, but also plump. Maybe I am asking for too much? That is why I am looking for something that is comfortable, can be worn for an extended period of time, and keeps my flaccid penis long and plump.
