Kokadoo's workout.
Hi guys,
After lurking and researching i have come up with this workout which focuses on length and girth gains.
Can people give me advice or suggestions on my current workout? cheers.
BTW this workout will change after a 6 week cycle.
KOKADOO’S WORKOUT
duration: 1hr
2 sessions a day every 2 days (when possible, otherwise 1 session per day)
Rest on 3rd day.
Warm up and cool down for 5 mins if nobody is around. (tap is noisy)I kegel while warming up, prefering to maintain a semi during warm up.

SESSION 1: 50 mins stretching /10 mins jelqing. Preferably done in the morning.

STRETCH SECTION: 50 mins
stretch front /left /right =
1st set, 5 reps for 10 sec holds
2nd set, 5 reps for 20 sec holds
3rd set, 3 reps for 30 sec holds
A, V, C and D Stretch =
1st set, 5 reps for 10 sec holds
2nd set, 5 reps for 20 sec holds
(C and D stretch is bending the penis as you do in the V stretch, but bending it along the CC’s, or in other words, placing the fulcrum on the left or right side of the penis, as opposed to top (V stretch) or bottom (A stretch) of the penis)
JELQ SESSION: 10 mins
10 min dry Jelq with one hand at 90-50% erection.
NOTE: take 5 second rests between each rep, or if head needs it, slap it on the thighs for 10 slaps then proceed to next rep.
after each set slap on thighs for 20 and rest for 1 minute.
These rest times are estimates. Do what feels right to you.

SESSION 2: 50 mins jelqing /10 mins stretching. Preferably done in the evening, just before bed when everyone is sleeping.

JELQ SECTION
5 min dry jelq with 1 sec strokes.
5 mins wet jelq with 1 sec strokes.
10 min wet jelq with 3 sec strokes at 1 oclock
10 mins wet jelq with 3 sec strokes at 3 oclock
10 min wet jelq with alternating 1 sec/ 3 sec strokes (stroke 1 sec X 3 times then 3 sec X 1 time,repeat) at alternating angles
10 min wet jelq with alternating strokes and wang (the wang= at the end of a 3 second stroke, grip the base ready for the proceeding stroke and the hand that is at the head pulls to another direction (similar to C and D stretch) for a hold of 1, proceed to next stroke and repeat)
NOTE: 10 mins is really 5-8 because need to re-energize my member back to 90% frequently
STRETCH SECTION: 10 mins
Either do the
stretch front /left /right workout
or
A, V, C and D Stretch workout
mentioned earlier in session 1, but use only set 2 and 3, keeping the stretch section to 10 mins.
ABOUT WORKOUT
sometimes i can only do 1 session that day, when this happens i will choose session 1 over session 2, simply because i am a stealth PE member and session 1 is less messier (no lube required, no porn necessary.)
I sometimes also have to take extra days off because i don’t get time or opportunity (people around) to PE.
