Retraction after workout
I have been stretching BTC for the last two months with no gains. After reading Bib’s LOT theory, I found out I should be attacking the tunica instead of the ligs (LOT at 7:30). I felt that hanging in the SO and OTS positions would help me stretch the tunica most efficiently.
I began with two short sets, the next day 3, and yesterday 3 20 minute sets. There was little discomfort and I felt fatigue. But after each workout (and the whole day following the workout), my penis was in a retracted state. Much more than usual, so I attributed this to the workouts. I’m not worried about this, but was just wondering if retraction correlates to anything.
For example, does retraction possible show that a workout went well? I thought this may be a possibility since I stretched BTC for two months, never had retraction, and had zero gains. Or could retraction mean the penis was overworked and is a signal more rest is needed? Or maybe retraction doesn’t determine anything one way or another.
What are other’s thoughts on the retraction issue.
