Retraction after workout

I have been stretching BTC for the last two months with no gains. After reading Bib’s LOT theory, I found out I should be attacking the tunica instead of the ligs (LOT at 7:30). I felt that hanging in the SO and OTS positions would help me stretch the tunica most efficiently.

I began with two short sets, the next day 3, and yesterday 3 20 minute sets. There was little discomfort and I felt fatigue. But after each workout (and the whole day following the workout), my penis was in a retracted state. Much more than usual, so I attributed this to the workouts. I’m not worried about this, but was just wondering if retraction correlates to anything.

For example, does retraction possible show that a workout went well? I thought this may be a possibility since I stretched BTC for two months, never had retraction, and had zero gains. Or could retraction mean the penis was overworked and is a signal more rest is needed? Or maybe retraction doesn’t determine anything one way or another.

What are other’s thoughts on the retraction issue.

I think that retraction is a sign of a well stretched penis I know this sounds strange but I think that this means that a workout has gone well.But I have no proof apart from I am gaining whilst experiencing retraction.

Retraction, all I can say that it is a protection mechanism. It means that you’ve worked out enough, but unfortunately I can’t say if you’ve crossed the line going over working your penis. I’ve been having this also recently, and after a few weeks I’ll be much wiser concerning this issue.

Somehow, I believe that it can’t be negative though, if you (and I) haven’t had it before. As I said, lets wait a couple of weeks…

I had this happen from time to time. The first few times, I would quickly get an erection to make sure everything was working properly. It always was. So after a few times, I never worried about it.

Just be sure to always spend a few minutes after a session doing some light jelqing to return total circulation.

Thanks for the replies guys. I’m crossing my fingers that it’s a good sign.

I wonder if some light padlock hanging afterwards might help cement gains by keeping your unit in an extended state for a while. I’m not sure if the jury is out on this sort of thing, but it may be something to look into.

What about jelqing? I bet if you jelq regularly, the retraction will be less noticable.

I can say its the stretching doing it. I spent most of my time in pe not stretching, and was always nice and plump for the most part.

But now with my mostly stretching routine im shrinking bad. On the days i throw horses into the mix its not as bad. Hope this helps.

I didnt have a problem with retraction as I almost always used ADS or traction wraps after hanging. Quite the opposite you might say.

I just started hanging, and I’ve noticed the same. Before I received my hanger, I was on a jelq program, and after a PE session, things were quite engorged. On the contrary with hanging, there’s a bit of retraction. A little unnerving, but hey, if it happened to Bib, then it’s all good. Jelqing after wards is always good advice.

Its called a traction wrap, my activity level is high when I use this (work, shopping, whatever), as long as I wont get sweaty. I think it would be unhygenic to be sweating badly while wrapped. Traction wraps do not actually put any tension on the tissues, just keep it extended.

For ADS, the theraband method in tutorials is very effective and cheap, I use this method while around the house when not hanging.
