If your concern is if sex will negatively impact gains, I don’t know, but I personally would never not have sex for PE.

If your question is if your penis will be too fatigued to become erect for sex, I would say it should always be able to perform, if it can’t due to your routine then you are probably doing too much.

I PE a fair amount and even with my highest volume days sex is never an issue.

Everyone is different so you will need to feel your way through it. If your girlfriend wants you, give her what she wants;-)

I think sex, more sex, better sex is the whole point for me doing PE. I think if you can’t rise for the occasion, chill out for a bit of time and go at it again.

Sex helps PE especially if your having good long sessions and it’s not getting to much in the way of sessions.

My only problem is sex sometimes kills my desire to do PE and if I go to hard in my sessions I get dick fatigue.
