Problem with urine leaking.

This is a bit embarrassing but here goes. Don’t know whats going on but over the last week or so at the end of my urethra there is always a little bit of urine. It is just a tiny amount but it is always there, its enough to make the tip of my penis and my boxers a tad moist (very annoying). Its like a faulty tap that will not fully close, with a droplet of water constantly at the end. This is a little concerning for me, iv never had any problems like this before, iv always been able stop my urine on demand zip up and for get about it, even if iv been busting for a piss iv never had any leakage.

I put this down to jelqing it must by doing something unhealthy to my urethra or something!
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Has anyone experienced this side effect through PE before?

Kegel’s and stretching are more likely to cause this kind of problem, IMHO.

I have been doing more kegels recently. Out of curiosity why would kegels cause this problem?

An overtrained PC muscle perhaps?

I do not advocate Kegels as they do not do any good for me.

I see a strong link between your problem and Kegels.

Thank you for the information C.phantasy. Everything i have read about kegels so far has all been in positive light, this puts a new perspective on it for me.

I will stop kegels for the next month and see what happens.

I think too many Kegel’s could temporarily affect the veno-occlusive mechanism; Westla also said something on that, but I can find right now. About stretches/hanging/extender, they can temporarily reduce the elasticity of urethra, causing similar problems.

OK thank you for the info guys. It cant be stretches/hanging/extender as i don’t do any of them. So it looks like it might be kegels, but will find out for sure in the next few months.

I have exactly the same problem as no1knows.. I diagnosed myself with a over trained PC muscle by doing too much kegel.. I ‘ll try to give it a rest and see what it happens.. Too much is always bad but we have to be wrong to learn what’s the right amount of training we need.IMO a good PE knowledge is achieved through (hopefully mild degree) injuries.


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.

Whaaaaaaaat??? I don’t do kegels at all currently and I have this issue. It must be something else. If I pee and I’m not wearing any underwear, there is always enough left over to make my pants wet. Very very annoying which is why I never go commando.

Try squeezing from the base up to the tip kind of like a jelq a fellow seconds after you stop pissing. Always works for me.

Are you saying here that kegels can make you come easier/quicker? Might sound barmy to those who suffer from premature ejac, but I suffer the opposite so they could be useful for me.

Other goals: Increased sensitivity

The Ph (acid/ alk.) composition of urine also has an effect on the sensory aspects of pissing and the “shut-off” mechanisms. You might be helped by drinking a mixture of one third unsweetened cranberry juice to two thirds water upon wakening and perhaps in the evening as well. You likely will not need to get up in the middle of the night as well.
