This is more a question for those w/ experience in bed than a question on PE. Normally I don’t have a problem getting an erection when masturbating, however when I’m with my gf and we are going to have sex or fool around I can’t get fully erect and more importantly can’t ejaculate. At the beg. I thought it was just pre-game jitters seeing how this past couple weeks has been my first time, however I’m starting to worry that I won’t be able to perform and please myself or her.any thoughts?

I suffer the same ailment as you. However, it never happened until I started taking Paxill, an anti-depressant, anti-anxiety. Anti-depressants have sexual side effects. Welbutrin is advertised as having low sexual side effects. I can’t vouch for it because I have never tried it. Take this into account when evaluating your situation. The secret of the pleasure of sex is NOT to ejaculate. The more you hold your load, and postpone ejaculation, greater pleasure you have from sex (and especially your partner).

Your mindset is a result of the false conditioning on most men, which is: pleasure=ejaculation.

The second thing: erection problem should be solved in time . Lots of factors help better it: exercises, general well being (lower stress), kegels, cardio, good diet and certain supplements (fishoils, arginine, magnesium, zinc) , PE , etc..

Mental state is a huge factor!

I had similar issues when I was in first year university about three years ago. Didn’t make any sense to me the first time I had trouble getting it up with a girl (I’ve never had trouble solo ever)… and the confusion only added additional pressure and it was all a crappy spiral.

Long story short, thing positive. Supplements are a good idea too, just because they’ll likely have a placebo effect regardless of whether or not they’re working on a physiological level. You said you’re into sports.. which is good. The best thing you can do for your cock is keep your body in good shape.
