Process used by one participant in HBO "Men Exposed 1999"

One of the participants in “Private Dick’s:Men Exposed 1999” by HBO, Jim -The Engineer, had PE surgery followed by hanging. I was just curious if anyone knows, or has come across, the procedures/surgery that he followed/experienced for his PE. His penis looked great with whatever he did.
