Proextender breaking

I got a proextender (version 3) about a month ago.

So far when I hook up my glans it causes tension in the plastic frame which eventually lead to it breaking.

I’m trying to be delicate but it’s very difficult to fasten the extender without causing any tension at all.

Can anyone help before this thing breaks entirely?
