Progress after 2 months
Just took my measurements after 2 months of PE’ing. I started out at an erect length of 6 1/8” and 4 7/8” erect girth. I now measure 6.5” in length and 5” solid in girth. My flaccid hang is significantly bigger too. I don’t play at that erect bone pressed measurement because it seems comparable to measuring your calf muscle a couple inches above your knee on your thigh. It’s fictitious. That’s just me.
My routine is a basic beginners starting with a 5 min. Warm wrap during which I do 50 3-second kegels, followed by 10 min of stretching in all directions, 30 seconds a turn, followed then by 350 jelqs at about 85% erect ( I do sets of 50 reps, get harder then resume jelqing). The I do an exercise I created (you guys may have done this one before me but I haven’t heard of it so excuse me if it’s already been done) which I call TRIPLE THREATS which really finishes things of nicely and leaves me with a good flaccid hang afterwards. Basically I get 100% erect, and do 10 reps of squeezes(one hand choking penis, the other jelqing. I stop briefly for a few seconds to let the engorgement subside a bit then do 10 slooooooooooow and hard jelqs. Then I finish things off with 10 ultra fast jelqs. I do the TRIPLE THREAT twice, then I warm wrap or shower for 5 mins.
I do this routine about 4 days a week, sometimes 5.
As an avid weightlifter and athlete, I know that consistency is as important as rest. And that nothing beats fundamentals.
I may try clamping in the future but for now I will continue on inspired that this shit actually works man. I measured myself 15 times as I couldn’t believe it. I should easily hit my 7” erect length goal by the years end.

To the new guys, don’t give up and don’t go to hard and hurt yourself. Keep the faith, this stuff WORKS!
