Hello everyone, I’m starting this week my jelq routine according to the post for beginners I have 4.9 “and after jelq it is around 5.05.
My question if I can delay results if I do jelq without heating?
I am thinking after three months of buying an extender or a pump, which of the two would you recommend me?
Someone who started as close to mine as he could after training?
