Progressive Weight Training - Kegels
So I’ve been reading the older threads about using weights with kegel training. I follow a single progression type of weight training. Essentially the Stuart McRobert, hardgainer line of thought. As such, I use tiny weight plates during progression. For those unfamiliar.. These are plates less than the 2.5lb increments.. The goal is to add a small amount of iron consistently, both in big and small exercises.
I’d like to do kegel exercises in a similar fashion. I’m looking for lines of thought regarding this.
For instance, I can lay flat and with erection put a weight plate on my dick and flex.. This method allows for small plates to be consistently added. Another method may be to use a bib and a weight loading pin.. Though I have a bib I made years ago and find this method to be quite uncomfortable. These two methods likely target the muscles involved differently. I was also thinking a device resembling the “private gym” could be made with Velcro kinda similar to bib hanger construction, with attachable weights pretty cheap.

For the moment, ignore the OPs choice of using VIP muscle as termed. What I am after is ideas about what methods one could use to possibly isolate and progressively weight train these muscles. The goal here is progressive training, that can be measured.. So no isometrics, high rep flexes etc.
