How should a proper kegel be done?

When I do them my anus/tailbone tends to tighten also. Should I only feel the front muscles tighten up, or everything tighten up?


Currently at 6 3/4 NBPEL and 5 1/8 EG

Goal: 7.5 NBPEL and 5.5 EG

Just squeeze as if you are stopping your piss mid-stream. That is a proper kegel. I never had my butt tighten up when I do them so I can’t comment on that but maybe someone else will.

Everything can tighten and you’ll still get the benefit.
