Pubic fat

Guys,

Does anyone know any procedure to decrease the fat over your pubic bone ? Some people will say get slim, eat less, etc but I am not that over weight, but do have about 1 inch of pure fat there.

If I were not overweight but simply had a pubic pad that was thick, I would consider liposuction.

IMO there’s not a lot you can do exept get in shape and it sounds like you already are. There’s no magic exercises that eliminate fat in specific areas (people think sit-ups will make get rid of fatty stomachs but all it’s doing is toning up muscle underneath). That’s why it’s your diet and exercise which reduces overall bodyfat will help. Your always gonna have some areas that have a thicker fat pad than others (in my case, all over. lol)

The only method I know of that will target a specific area is liposuction, but that’s not very affordable to the majority of people.

Trust me. I wasn’t that much overweight either, but if your
genes have you packing fat there, there’s nothing other
than proper diet and exercise that’s going to help. Because
the benefits extend to better vascularity (better blood flow
for better PE workouts), better over health, better mood,
etc.

Would that be outpatient? Any ballpark on cost? Long-term scarring?

Most liposuction is done on an outpatient basis, usually in a doctor’s office surgery room or at a freestanding surgery center. On one site I found a quote of $500 for liposuction of the pubic fat pad without any other areas. I’m sure it varies from doc to doc and your area of the country. You might want to read the last paragraph on this page about bruising.

Some supplement companies are doing a lot of interesting things with topical delivery systems. Many will discount the information, but say what you will. If you go to https://www.yohimburn.com you will find a particular product. I have been using this on my body with pretty good results. It is not cheap, but cheaper than surgery. It is worth a try.

Have you been using it on your pubic region? If so, have you seen results and in what amount of time?

I haven’t really used the yohimburn on my pubic area, because it is not the principle area I would like to lose fat from, and I try to conserve. I have however noticed great results on the rest of my stomach and chest.

Also, the time I have been using it for has only been a couple weeks, in which I have been dieting pretty heavily.
