Pumping fluid build up

Hi all.

I seem to get a lot of fluid build up in my foreskin after pumping. I can pump at very high pressure levels without discomfort although I try to stick to 5 - 7inches of pressure. Is this a big problem? It goes away after a few hours but looks a bit weird! Thanks
